Account Registration & Eligibility

By creating an account at ea67, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet all local legal requirements for online gaming in your jurisdiction. ea67 operates for players in Bangladesh and select regions. Your account is personal and non-transferable; you may not share login credentials, create multiple accounts, or allow others to play on your behalf.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. You remain responsible for keeping your contact details current.

ea67 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents to confirm eligibility. Players under 18, those self-excluded elsewhere, or those on official gambling bans are not permitted to hold active accounts.

Account Security & Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including ea67 staff or support agents. ea67 employees will never ask for your password.

You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or account compromise. While ea67 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection. Any transactions made from your account after login are presumed authorized by you.

If you lose access to your account, contact our 24/7 Live Chat team with proof of identity. Recovery may require KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours. ea67 is not liable for losses resulting from shared credentials, weak passwords, or compromised devices.

Deposits & Payment Methods

ea67 accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and Upay. Each payment method has different minimums and processing times. The standard minimum deposit is ৳100, with transfers completing within 2 minutes under normal conditions.

All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (৳). Conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of your payment provider. ea67 does not charge deposit fees. Deposits are credited immediately upon confirmation, though your payment provider's processing time may vary.

You acknowledge that deposits are made at your own discretion and risk. We do not accept deposits from payment accounts registered in names other than your own. Deposits made via third-party accounts, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent transactions will be reversed, and your account may be closed.

Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawal requests are processed within 19 minutes under normal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳900, with a daily maximum of ৳200,000 for standard tier players. Higher VIP tiers enjoy elevated withdrawal limits.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence). Verification typically completes within 12 hours. You may be asked for additional documents such as proof of address or payment method ownership.

Incomplete or incorrect KYC submissions delay withdrawals. ea67 does not process withdrawals to payment methods other than the one used for deposit, unless explicitly approved by our compliance team. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be rejected.

Funds are returned to your original deposit payment method. If that method is no longer available, you must contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route, which may require additional verification.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

Bonuses at ea67 include the Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonuses, Daily Cashback, and Referral Rewards. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 12 times the bonus amount before funds become withdrawable.

Bonus funds expire 7 days after claim if not wagered. Some bonuses apply only to specific game categories; check terms on the Bonus page. You may forfeit unclaimed bonuses if your account is closed, and bonus abuse (rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles) may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

ea67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated. If you believe a bonus was applied in error, contact support within 30 days.

Account Suspension & Closure

ea67 may suspend or permanently close your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, or breach local gaming laws. Reasons include but are not limited to: using multiple accounts, underage access, payment fraud, money laundering, or breach of responsible gaming settings you have set.

Upon account closure, remaining funds will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account is not under investigation. If fraud is suspected, we may withhold funds pending a full investigation, which can take up to 30 days.

You cannot reopen a permanently closed account using the same personal details. If you wish to return to ea67 after closure, you must wait a minimum of 6 months and create a new account with explicit approval from our compliance team.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

ea67 is committed to preventing problem gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session timeouts, and self-exclusion options. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that prevent deposits beyond your chosen amount.

If you wish to self-exclude, log into your account, navigate to Settings > Responsible Gaming, and select your exclusion period (7 days, 30 days, or permanent).
